Have used twice now for house rental and would give more than 5 stars if possible. Professional yet friendly and approachable. The whole team are a credit to the business and Andy is exactly what you would hope for when making such an important decision as renting a property. Would more than happily recommend and keep using in the future. Support the independents and get the personal feel, makes so much difference.

As a landlord I cannot fault the work of Bennetts. They take good care of the property, are excellent at finding people to occupy the house, and communicate well with the landlord. I would recommend them to anyone looking to let their property.

Andy and his brilliant team have been letting my properties for around 15 years. Although tenants have changed I cannot recall either house being vacant for more than a few days. Tenants have been vetted and we have never lost rent. Tax forms are easy to submit with the comprehensive annual financial summary. Properties are inspected and repairs conducted at very reasonable costs. When we expanded to two properties Andy provided superb advice about where to purchase in Taunton. Their service is quite simply outstanding. Completely trustworthy and they have made our venture on the property market very straight forward.

We have been using Bennett Residential to let our flat for a couple of years now. To date the service has been very good. They have been proactive with legislation changes. I am also pleased that when an item breaks they replace it at cost and don't add a mark up - not the case I know with some agents. I have no hesitation in recommending Andy in particular. We bought a small house in Bridgwater in 2001 having never owned a buy-to-let a property before. We aren't local so needed an agent, found Andy and have never looked back. We have had several tenants in the house since 2001, and very few problems. Any that have cropped up have been dealt with by Andy and his team quickly and efficiently. He has years of experience and a file of helpful tradespeople who have always done excellent repairs for us, all organised by Andy. We really have never needed to worry about a thing.
