Myself and my daughter were helped straight away on entering the bank, staff were very pleasant and really happy to help. Zara assisted us with several things we were having trouble with she was great, thorough and ensured she helped with all our needs explaining things well especially as my daughter has learning difficulties so this can make things a little more complicated. We were both very grateful for the help thank you.

I've just finished my appointment, which I was dreading because I thought I would be overwhelmed with all the technical bits (I'm elderly!!!) After annoyingly locking myself out of my banking app, I went in to this brunch and found the staff to be really helpful. Steve help me with no problems and sorted the situation out in no time.
Also, the renovations looks really fresh and friendly. I really enjoyed the air con!

Sadly I can't give no stars I have been with Barclays for many many years and Barclays do have helpful staff however this does NOT apply to Taunton or Paignton I find staff in these branches ignorant and extremely unhelpful

Today I went into Barclays Bank Taunton and felt the whole experience was super, I was served by Lewis who was very helpful and explained everything I needed to know, going the extra length for me and pointed out very useful information, thank you Lewis you are a real credit to Barclays bank.

I went into the bank yesterday to print off a statement. Unfortunately, this service is no longer available. While I was there, I inquired about a bit of admin that I'd tried to sort online and at other branches to no avail, hoping I'd be able to book an appointment. Instead, the branch offered to see me immediately. This was fantastic news, and I was promptly seen by Carolyn, who was incredibly efficient, without being impersonal, and treated me with kindness throughout the process. I'm happy to say that this is now my local branch. Thank you to all the staff who saw me, and especially Carolyn.

I visited the temporary branch at Motor Museum, and the staff could not have been more helpful. I am looking forward to the new upgraded branch. Highly recommend.
