UNPROFESSIONAL . Took my car to oil and filter changed last Thursday 21/12/23 at Ats Taunton, noticed that my car was leaking oil yesterday but it did not occur to me to look under the bonnet, leaking increased today opened the bonnet and to my surprise the ?great professional? of ATS did not close the oil reservoir, while I was driving my car the oil was leaking everywhere under the bonnet, I will have to cancel my Christmas plans because of that and now have to take my car to be checked by someone who actually knows what they are doing. THANK YOU ATS FOR YOUR GREAT SERVICE. Unbelievable

I would like to acknowledge what amazing staff you have at your Taunton Branch and George from Weston Super Mare who was helping out at this branch at this particular time.I purchased a car from a national dealer less than 1 month ago and had a slow puncture so booked into Taunton, Somerset as I have used them before.They told me I had 4 incorrect tyres; including illegal tread to be sold, 1 tyre on the wrong way around, 2 run flats and 2 not (all should have been run flats as per design and sold) and different size tyres on the same axile.Well what do I say?these guys got straight onto the phone to ?said dealer? and arranged for new tyres to be ordered and installed the next day at the dealers cost. They were so busy but George came back down from the WSM branch to help fit me in and get me roadworthy, as we had a funeral to drive to a day later.I found the staff at this branch, Mitch (Titch), Chris, George and Rob to be amazing employees. They are totally professional, friendly and I felt I could 100% trust their advice.They even met my partner on his motorbike with a handshake as he has to ride to BMW Garage Bridgwater from Yeovil, to get a locking wheel nut which the dealer had not supplied.They helped protect me and my 6 year old daughter over what could have been a dangerous situation and also my license and therefore job, not even mentioning the fine.I hope the workforce enjoyed the chocolates which were thoroughly deserved as they saved my day and also getting to the funeral.The people mentioned above deserve a special thanks and they have been amazing ambassadors to the ATS brand.Please can you acknowledge this to them and let me know me.Merry Christmas and Kindest RegardsMrs BMW, aka L x

Amazing customer service from George at ATS Euromaster in Taunton today. I came in for 2 new front tyres as the current ones were worn close to limit & he was brilliant. George told me how to check my tyres & even spoke me through a few other issues I had with my car with some invaluable advice. It?s not often you get such great customer service & so friendly & knowledgable. Thank you for all your help!

Recently got new discs and pads fitted to my Abarth 595. To say that the service I got from George and the lads here was exceptional is an understatement. The work was done quickly and to a great standard, I'd happily recommend them.

I'd like to thank the gentleman at ATS Taunton who came out on his day off so we could get the key to our car. I can't thank you enough, after a nightmare where two of out tyres blew out whilst driving home from Devon we're finally on our way back to Brighton. Angels sent from heaven, once again thank you.

Excellent service. Helpful, friendly team. I bought 2 x Michelin X-Climate 2 tyres a few months ago at a very decent price. I returned recently with two ride on mower wheels, having bought the tyres and tubes elsewhere and asked if they could fit them, which they did quickly and when I collected them, I was told there was no charge. Completely free. Amazing. Very rare to get anything free these days, so top marks to the whole team. Will definitely come back for any future tyre needs.

Turned up for a tyre fitting booked the previous week only to be told that the tyres hadn't arrived. No call to tell me not make the 24 mile round trip. They said that the would call me as soon as the tyres came in which were imminent. Another two weeks have passed and I've not heard a thing. Disorganised and useless it seems.

Took car for service and they didn?t do everything that it said they would do online I.e turning off the service light. Checking the breaks etc as there was nothing on the report sheet to say they had done this. I rang up and complained about it the following day and read off the list online what it stated they will do and I?ve paid for things they haven?t done on my car. Advised by staff they would contact manager and call me back. I?m now being ignored with no resolution and wasted money. They only know what they haven?t done on my car and I?m £100 plus down and out of pocket for a measly service not being done properly.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.They do not resolve complaints. Just ignore your emails and concerns. BEWARE. Breaks are grinding and the person doing the service stated nothing to report on. This car is my family car and transports children. The breaks were said to be fine. They clearly are not. God knows what else they haven?t done on my car. Thrown £100+ in the binTook to another garage for a report and it turns out the breaks were worn out. They didn?t check them and I was driving around with faulty breaks thanks to them. Booked my car for service few weeks before my MOT was due. Just few days before my service they called to inform they don?t have staff to carry out car servicing and had to cancel my booking. Emailed to customer care for refund no reply. Such an inconvenience and poor customer service from ATS. Waiting for my money to book somewhere else.

Tyre failed on the M5 en route to Cornwall, had a huge bulge on the tread face, car was vibrating and wobbling everywhereGoogled on the shoulder that this ATS was the nearest place, and eventually limped our way off the motorway and made it to here.Single guy sat at the desk, said he was on his own all day, he could physically change the tyre for us, but the manager was out for 3 hours, and he doesn't know how to get prices, use the computer, or take payments, so he couldn't help us.Great service!! Why no staff??Had to limp on another few miles to Bathwick, who sorted us out..
