As a frequent shopper due to the wife we have experienced the shop when it's quiet and peak times.
We love the clothes section of the shop which has child's clothes/school uniform, women's and men's clothes. There is a good variety so if looking for something quick then it's a good place to go.
The daughter loves the toy isle with many toys of offer the price isn't bad at all.
We love the sushi counter and sometimes watch it be freshly made. It's always good quality and absolutely love the salmon.
It's our go to shop due to the variety of food on offer.
Lots of parking with disabled parking out front and a area specifically for disabled parking. There is parent and child parking near the front of the store with lots of additional parking.
The fuel station is card only and is great for the quick little top up after a shop.
There is a McDonald's inside the store, toilets, currency exchange, ID photo booth and parcel returns with a cigarette counter.
Lots to offer in the store and the staff are normally nice. The tills work well normally though find it can sometimes take a bit of time for age verification to be complete if it's a peak time.

Lived in Taunton years and never knew this wonder existed, until my girlfriend sent me for some cottage cheese. I was amazed by the grand architecture, never knew humans could build such wonders, Asda are not messing about !! This store is a statement of grandeur.
Couldn?t believe they had virtually everything at lower prices. Even got a cute little top for myself. I will give Tesco the boot now and roll up here for my food shop

A good selection across the store from budget to luxury range. But it's a shame they don't have a cafe anymore.

There were several times. I liked everything. You can buy men's, women's and children's clothes. A wide range of products, reasonable prices. There are always specials on beer, which is a great deal if you're a beer lover. There is parking, McDonald's. You can eat quickly and go shopping ?

Not overly impressed with Asda lately. Fruit and veg is rotten on the shelves more often than not, the cheaper foods are always out of stock and delivery service is ridiculous, food not packed in bags and even if I ordered bags I would still have to pack it myself on my doorstep, and the delivery fees are extortionate up to almost £8!

Been shopping in this store for 30 years and in the last couple of years they've had one awkward bloke working there and now they've placed in permanently on the self-checkout. He accuses people of stealing and is demeanor towards the general public is disgusting. if the management read these reviews they should do something about it.

Absolutely dire service at the tobacco counter,
People left standing waiting to be served, totally ignored by the staff behind the counter,
Who just move around at a snails pace looking miserable with no sense of any urgency.
No wonder Asda customer s are going elsewhere to shop.
