After having a bad day, my experience at the customer kiosk was more than pleasant in cheering me up, the man behind the counter - Kai, was absolutely outstanding. He answered all of my queries about the Asda Travel Wallet, something he has introduced me to, and it?s a very easy interface to use. Overall, Kai was informative and very friendly, and an absolute gem to be served by.

Kai was very professional and helped me to get a travel card for use in Spain. Card worked in all places I needed, which was great. Ordered Philippine Pesos for my next trip, which arrived quickly and without complications. Recommended to all who need travel money and travel cards

While there is a huge bag full of 1dollar bills on desk, gentleman on duty gives me all dollar bills in 10 and 20 saying he doesn't have any one dollar bills.when I pointed it the whole bag out to him he mumbled something I haven't counted it yet.Like it's hard to do it there and then Absolutely wonderful service never will I use asda currency again . Service top notch.
