Age UK Somerset is a charity providing support, services & activities to over 60s across Somerset & North Somerset.
We offer:
- a full & free Information & Advice service,
- support with Benefits claims
- Lots of fun exercise sessions
- Special strength & balance classes to help reduce falls
- a Toenail Cutting service
- Memory Connections groups (MCST) for those living with dementia, & support groups for carers.
- a Wellbeing Service including 'Walk & Talk', Wellbeing Friends and a Friendly Phonecalls service
