I’m only going to be repeating what all of the other 5 star reviews have said but this is a fantastic independent (non-chain) gym for all ages, sizes and abilities with a great, non-intimidating atmosphere. Following a health scare I decided to try to get back to a regular routine of exercise, and went along to Activate to explore their facilities.
