I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Rachel at Vodafone ? what an absolute star! From start to finish, her customer service was brilliant. She had me smiling and giggling the whole way through the chat? it felt like chatting with a friend rather than dealing with a company. So refreshing to have a real, genuine human experience rather than the robotic, scripted interactions you often get elsewhere.
Rachel helped me upgrade my phone with ease and even sorted everything for my wife too ? all with a smooth, friendly flow of conversation where nothing felt rushed or forced. Every single question was answered clearly, and she made the whole process completely stress-free.
Vodafone, I really hope you appreciate what a true asset Rachel is to your team. People like her make all the difference. Thank you again ? brilliant experience all round. ??

Customer service was exceptional. I have just spoken to a lady called Chelsey who was very polite, professional and helpful in explaining everything clearly and concisely which helped me in making the right choice when renewing my broadband contract. I got the best deal in then market also. I whole heartedly recommend Vodafone.

I have been a Vodafone customer for many years, I?m 83, but renewal dates always confuse me, gone are the happy simple days of a pay-as-you-go ?brick?, now it?s broadband, iPhone and iPad and all sorts of ?goodies? which I hadn?t realised had been added to my account (and for which I couldn?t get my money back) - just what is a ?dongle??
My saviour, Fiona Gardener, has reduced my bill by at least 40%, tidied out all the dross, was empathic, didn?t treat me like the idiot I am - top marks!!
Of course ?they? whoever they are will promote her to some other shop now, will I get such excellent service in two years time?
Not if their dial 191 phone service is anything to go by I was an hour and three quarters trying to get sense out of them.
