I recently visited Clarks Village and stumbled upon Trespass while looking for a winter coat. My experience at this store was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I entered, I was captivated by the Dark Grey DLX coat, and after trying it on, I knew it was the perfect fit for me.But what really made my shopping experience memorable was the assistance of a knowledgeable and friendly staff member named Geraint. He approached me and genuinely asked if I needed any help. Not only did he explain all the incredible benefits and features of the coat, but he also went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision.Geraint's customer service skills were outstanding. Even if I hadn't already made up my mind about purchasing the coat, his excellent service would have convinced me to buy it. Moreover, he effortlessly assisted me with my other purchase of gloves, offering valuable advice on sizes. We even bonded over our shared interest in photography, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.I believe Geraint deserves recognition for his dedication to his role in the store. He truly went the extra mile to ensure I had a fantastic shopping experience. Thanks to him, I not only found the perfect winter coat but also felt valued as a customer. I highly recommend Trespass for their top-notch customer service and high-quality products.
