What a fabulous shop. Very helpful, efficient and friendly staff. Went out of their way to help me carry a big order to my car. Went out of their way to locate more stock of a book that I wanted. Couldn't ask for any more! The shop is clean, very tidy, very well laid out and a pleasure to browse in.

Not sure if he's completely reliable. I went in and had my phone screen fixed a while ago and a few days later it broke and he was adamant I had broken it and had to pay another £110 for a new screen. Coincidently my brother went in and had his fixed and the same things happened the same day he brought the phone home.
