my glasses got bent so i returned them to the store, with a guarantee they?d be able to reshape them. the man who helped me unfortunately gouged a huge scratch into the lens of my glasses. upon noticing this, i took them back to the store again, with an incredibly kind lady who helped me and got a new lens ordered. this was then fit within the week, and I had my glasses back no issue. this was also not charged, as they accepted the fault on their behalf. specsavers are very quick to identify and fix issues with their products and i really appreciate the service
Very quickly found the problem with my eyes and were able to send me away with a new pair of lovely designer glasses the next month. The glasses are beautiful and their deals are amazing, my eyes have never been so happy. Every member of staff i saw was very friendly, with one even stopping to chat about tattoos with me. Very cool indeed

My wife and I went to the Street store for an eye test. All the staff were fantastic from the moment we walked in the door. We ended up buying our glasses from their too. Couldn't fault anything.

Great service from a very efficient team of staff. They have a good choice of quality glasses at a reasonable price. Overall, a much better experience than my previous purchases from budget online firms.

Poor customer service, poor operations from start to finish.
I appreciate Saturdays are a busy day, but it was chaotic, staff did not know who they were servicing, and customers left waiting and not kept informed of how they would be dealt with and by whom.

Fantastic care and inclusivity at the Street, Somerset branch enabling my experience as a wheelchair user go without issue. The optician Qasim put my mind at ease regarding an issue I've been experiencing. All the staff at this branch are fantastic.
