Good range of suitcases and backpacks etc although mostly high end. Many items half price and backpack I bought came with a years warranty which was a bonus. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable

Wow what can I say. Staff were extremely helpful and patient. The card machine wasn't working properly due to a head office error and they were so apologetic. No problem as a cash point close by. They kept the suitcase in the store until we had finished shopping, all packed in a samsonite cover. Great friendly service. Thank you.
