Chose as they had a gluten free menu - There was a lot to choose from which makes a nice change. Service was very good, food very good, atmosphere was good - Cannot complain about anything.

My husband received an offer of a bottle of Prosecco or two free desserts as a birthday treat from Prezzo (his birthday 6th Nov). We were going to be in Clarks Village the following day so we decided to book for a lunch time meal that day. We have had meals at many different Prezzo's, but I have to say this was the worst we have ever had, we both had the chicken Saltimbocco. The chicken was chewy, the white heart cabbage was a wedge that was so hard the knife could hardly cut it and the jus was like water. No matter we thought at least the desserts would be nice, which they were, as was the wine and coffees to follow. When the waitress brought the bill to the table my husband showed her the QR code which she tapped and we paid the bill then left. Today having found the bill, we noticed that the desserts were charged for, so much for a birthday treat. Sadly we wont be using Clarks Village Prezzo again.

I visited whilst on a Christmas trip out supporting a service user. The person lives in a care home where I work. The restaurant setting was lovely with room to walk to seats without disturbing other diners. Would not be as accessible for wheelchair users. The meals were delicious and service perfect. Unfortunately this ended when I came to pay the bill. I had not been informed that the venue was cashless. Payment would only be accepted by card. As the service users I support have learning difficulties they do not have access to bank cards. I explained this to the server who said I would have been told that it was card payment only when I arrived which hadn't been the case. I was able to pay by cash as authorised by the manager but would not be able to have any change. I left feeling very disappointed with Prezzo and will not be returning. The establishment cannot seem themselves as an inclusive dining establishment as there are plenty of service users whom cannot enjoy a meal at their restaurant due to being a cashless setting. It turned an enjoyable experience into an embarrassing one which left us paying more for our meals.

Absolutely dreadful experience. Rude manager, was made to feel as if we were lucky to be there and we were just in their way. Food is poor, warm at best with long waiting. Toilets dirty Never again!

So, so impressed at PREZZO. Not only was the food gorgeous, but the waiter who served us was tip top! Honestly, it was like being at a top London restaurant. I urge you to go there. Fabulous!

I find this a realy relaxing break in my shopping day. Table booked, they are spaced out so one does not get interrupted by others talking, staff polite and efficient good choice on menu - value for more

Called in for a late lunch while shopping at the village. I had a large pizza and the wife had pasta. Not rushed and great staff. Everything hot and spot on. Will definitely be back. Hint: scan the QR code on the back of the menu for 25% off your bill.

The person who greeted us was very shouty and hard to understand. The restaurant staff where lazy and didn?t care about sending the food out to the customers quickly enough. Our food was great however we felt ripped off with the size of the portions. We had the orzo pasta salad as one of our meals. We said it was to small for a main course. The chef said it?s a main course portion. When we went to pay the girl gave us a ridiculous excuse saying we always get complaints about that. We thought well sort it out stop making up excuses. No wonder they?ve closed restaurants with this slap dash service and portion sizes. The window to the washing up area is very small with dishes stacked up in view of the customers. Nobody said goodbye to us on departure.

Popped in for lunch with family, the staff were very helpful, and friendly. The disabled toilet was one of the best I have ever used, lots of room for the wheelchair and carer. The chef even asked if I needed my pizza cut up as I was having trouble with it. Food was very good and fair priced

Excellent food with excellent service and great atmosphere. I had the Beef Chianti and Porchini Mash with long Stemmed Broccoli and my wife had Marsala Chicken with Mushrooms spinach & fries. They were fabulous meals and we couldn?t fault them at all. The food was presented amazingly and professionally and it tasted out of this world. We are definitely coming back because of this extraordinary experience.

We went to Prezzo for lunch at clarks village on Monday 7th August while doing some shopping. I order ham, mushroom and mascaporne pizza and a blood orange lemonade but is was very sweet but nice. The manger was very nice and put my walker by the door for me. I went with my direct payment worker. I got a box for my leftover so I could take it home for my tea that evening. Had no pudding as was going to mcdolands at Dunball to meet friends and wanted a mcfullry.

I can?t rate this wonderful restaurant enough. The manager Fabio looked after us so well. He worked just as hard as everyone else (some managers just stand around dishing out orders!).Everyone was on the ball. The waitresses all supported each other and went out of their way to make sure customers were happy. We had a table near the chef and heard constant compliments about his cooking. Each dish that left the kitchen looked perfect. We were only in the area for a few days, but we agreed that it was the best restaurant meal we had ever had! They were obviously popular as despite the rain, there wasn?t a spare table to be seen. We enjoyed it so much, that we went back 2 days later! Well done Fabio, you and your team were amazing and we can?t wait to return next year!

The worst pizza I have ever ever had, together with miserable side salad of chewed up lettuce and cucumber, and no dressing. They used to do a passable pasta but maybe that's deteriorated too

Over priced and left feeling hungry and ripped off. Ordered a £5.50 garlic bread fully expecting a pizza sized bread and got this wafer thin bit of bread the size of my very small hand! Dishes were under sized and Over priced - prezzo will never see my money again ! Also don?t accept cash! ?

On arrival we were greeted quickly and shown to a table we didn?t like, we asked to move to a more comfortable and better location. The food was great but it all seemed very rushed, especially in between our starters and mains. It almost seemed like they wanted us out. It said they shut at 9:30 on a Sunday but by 8pm they were already cleaning up to close for the evening.
