Ordered online for an item to be collected in store. Informed that I would be notified when it arrived. Two days after it was due, no notification. Contacted Pete?s at Home via chat to find out it had arrived, but the store had not contacted me. On a scale of 1-10 the professionalism of this store is a solid 1.

Not the fault of this shop. But ordered dog food online to be delivered to store. Came a day late and when opened the box was the wrong product. Disappointed to say the least. Dog's hungry now no food left.

Pets at home in Street, Somerset is outstanding. All the staff are friendly and extremely helpful.Vet section is just as good. Always take my cats there, they really show love and care for animals and can't fault the place at all.

Had a really lovely long weekend here, in a safari tent. Lovely park - not too big, not too small. Great facilities and at night we could hear the sound of the ocean. Friendly staff, friendly campers. Definitely recommend and would definitely return.
