(Minus atars option, please).Appalling. Placed order for large crate for injured pet Saturda 16/08, told it would arrive Monday 18/08. It didn't. Pet discharged ftom hospital on Tuesday 19/08. Needed the crate desperately. End of Wednesday 20/08 now - still no crate. They expect me to visit them to get a refund! Their error so they should make the effort. Requested bank transfer so effort is theirs not mine. Doubt I'll get it. My pet has 4-5 months of physio, so BIG THANKS to Pets At Home for royally messing up amd not putting it right. Just received email saying sorry and hope your pet is okay. No crate, give me the refund. Empty apology means nothing and doesn't help get the item to me.

Shocking.... left my dog stranded with o perscription food over a weekend ...broke gdpr rules by recording phone calls without informing they were doing so. Did not return calls when promised shop staff did nothing when they should have done had to escalate to highest customer service manager.. Still no food no compensation or no refund .. order placed last Thurs for collection Sat

Absolutely awful till management! Waiting for over half an hour in the que, whilst she was serving other people whilst we were standing there. It?s also not like she didn?t know we were there as she turned back to look at us but carried on serving other people as they kept coming up to the line. never going back!
