Shocking.... left my dog stranded with o perscription food over a weekend ...broke gdpr rules by recording phone calls without informing they were doing so. Did not return calls when promised shop staff did nothing when they should have done had to escalate to highest customer service manager.. Still no food no compensation... read full comment
