Not a happy customer of Lakeland leathers.. anymore they've closed their store in McArthur glen shopping centre Bridgend.. without notice to it's customers.. so what am I going to do with all the loyalty points I've collected, and I was going to buy a leather bike jacket..! (Need to try on first) Totally not a Xhappy customer ?

Exceptionally good customer service from Birit (hope I spelled that right). After I was unable to find the jacket I wanted in my size online, I rang the store. Birit rang around their other stores and and finally found one which she kindly had shipped to their Clark's Village store and arranged for me to come in and try with no obligation. She kept me informed throughout. In the event, I did end up buying a jacket, which was of excellent quality, thick leather. I expect it to last my lifetime. 5 stars for both the service and the quality of product.

To day I bought 2 leather jackets from Clarks Village outlet store. Staff were amazing. And very helpful. The 2 jackets I bought were still less than I paid at a different store. Very happy with both of my jackets.
