I've had some good deals in the past but it seems to have no variety anymore - I know that's not the stores fault. Everytime I've been in it's been out of need but the staff haven't always been welcoming and it's put me off.

Went in on 16/10 in the afternoon to sell my phone and received excellent service from the really friendly guy working there. From what I remember from my teen days Cex was always really overpriced and had a reputation for paying barely anything for your second hand goods so it?s been years since I set foot in a Cex shop but it seems to have changed for the better. They had an excellent selection of electronic items at reasonable prices and an amazing DVD and games selection too. I opted for being paid in cash rather than store credit (I got a really good price for my phone either way) but I will definitely give Cex another chance in the future. Thank you to the guy who served me!!

Popped in here looking for a specific movie. Layout in this one's especially good giving plenty of room to move about when crowded. Staff were friendly and helpful. Decent one to visit.

An amazing little shop! Bought many games and an Original Xbox from here and the staff were really nice and respectful. I recommend coming here if you're looking for older games because chances are, they'll have the one(s) you are looking for! I cannot recommend this shop enough.

Horrible experience. I returned a item and the girl who attended me did a mistake and I lost money because she returned the wrong item. I contacted to the costumers service and they sent me to the shop again. In conclusion I lost money for their mistake. Today I was in the shop again to sell a monitor I bought in the same shop before and they refused to take it even test it.They were very rude and even laughed at us in our faces. I want in shock because I didn't understand that behaviour.And I have to remind you people that racism is against the law in the UK. And I feel discriminated.
