Was greeted into the shop with a warm welcome and a hello which you often don't get these days! We stayed past the closing time to pick out a coat and the manager was very helpful and didn't mind up staying an extra 10 mins. Impeccable service and a brilliant manager!

Jacket priced at £124, refused to sell it at that marked price. £174 full price charged despite the label attached. If I want the XL that's too big its £124....Misleading, very disappointing and dishonest.

I cannot recommend highly enough this barbour shop in clarks village. Holly, the manager was outstanding in her customer care. I suffer with an extreme allergy to polyester and she searched the shop until she found me the only coat in the store with no polyester in. Every time i am warm and cosy in my coat i will think of Holly. If you want great customer care and high quality products this is the shop to go to. My coat is so warm that i,m not dreading the winter this year! With thanks and gratitude to Holly! Jo Armstrong

£44 for polo shirts in the ?outlet?. I recently saw them in an independent retailer in cornwall for this price.In Bicester they?re about £26 and if you have the Bicester app you get extra off. I paid £20.60 each (I bought 2 in May this year).Other stuff in there is cheaper from other online retailers.
