Went into B&Q Glastonbury with a Stihl strimmer , I was having difficulty with the thread, 3 men including the manager said they didn?t know how to do it ( or didn?t want to take the time to do it) and were completely unhelpful but LOU a lady who worked there took the time sat on the floor and went through it and fixed my problem Absolutely wonderful Lady and deserves Promotion Thank You Lou! ??

Damien was an absolute hero and helped me so much with my massive shop. I had £500 voucher to spend to buy plants for glastonbury greenpeace stage and he was the best. Willow was also very helpful 5 stars for the both of them. thank you !

A truly frustrating experience. Having experienced fantastic Click & Collect and delivery services from my local stores (Yeovil & Chard), I called in passing at Glastonbury for a box of tiles. They weren't light and I was dismayed to find all the self-service tills closed and a queue forming at the sole staffed till. I joined it only to find the staff member having a lovely conversation with the customer at the front; kind of sweet and customer-focussed but surely not when you're running the only till and there's a queue building.... and then the staff member moves from behind the till to pet the customer's dog, feed it treats and continue the conversation! Meanwhile, the box of tiles is getting heavier with nowhere to put them down and the guy in front of me is spitting chips at the whole fiasco whilst holding 2 large pot plants. If I hadn't needed the tiles for this evening I'd have walked out, leaving them on an unmanned till. With self-service tills it would have been a 5-minute visit; instead my wife, who after a few minutes waiting in the car had joined a queue at Costa, got a couple of coffees and was back before I was. I'll avoid this branch in the future and am gutted that I have to give it even 1 star.

I went in for paint to the Glastonbury store. The lady on the paint section was really helpful as was the lady on the till- Pru. Friendly service. Thank you.

They didn't have the product I needed, BUT, that's ok. Staff were amazingly helpful and not afraid to point me towards a local business that could help.I'd deliberately use B&Q next time purely based on the amazing attitude of the staff here.

I was looking for specific LED lightbulbs and couldn't locate them but received excellent assistance from an assistant. Took some time but he persevered Success! And reasonably priced
