They didn't have the product I needed, BUT, that's ok. Staff were amazingly helpful and not afraid to point me towards a local business that could help.I'd deliberately use B&Q next time purely based on the amazing attitude of the staff here.

Key cutting machine was broken. I travelled 7 miles to get some keys cut for an estate agent. The card machine refused three different payment cards. Very frustrating. I have brought it to the attention of a member of staff and hope they get it fixed. Staff were very friendly though
