Went into B&Q Glastonbury with a Stihl strimmer , I was having difficulty with the thread, 3 men including the manager said they didn’t know how to do it ( or didn’t want to take the time to do it) and were completely unhelpful but LOU a lady who worked there took the time sat on the floor and went through it and fixed... read full comment
