I live in a nearby village and have been several times to this shop.Every time the blonde woman is at the till, my husband, who isn?t British, is treated in a grumpy manner: sighs, no conversation, not wrapping delicate items, getting grumpier if wrapping is politely requested. The customer before my husband was treated nicely, so she?s able to be nice if needed.

Stretching our legs on a walkabout in South Petherton. Popped in to this charity shop and found a wide range of clothing, books and other allsorted items. They had a good selection books (military and other history are my choice) as well as fiction and children's.Very clean and tidy shop.Mention must be made of the lady that served us. Polite, friendly and made us feel very welcome, thank you.ps the chat we had about the weather must have put a jinx on, it poured down not long after we left the shop ???

A lovely well laid out shop. The volunteers are friendly. It has lots of new stock regularly.
