Food excellent, decent portions , great friendly service, good atmosphere, couldn't fault it in any way ,definitely visit again, well worth the money, came out full , no drink licence but you can take your own, also worth remembering cash only , or banking app payment

Whilst this is a very small restaurant, I find it packs a punch. Very friendly staff and amazing food.

Very polite small and compact little restaurant tables late out lovely. Gentleman who served us was most courteous. Remember this place is not licenced but you can bring your own drink with no corkage charge. The only thing that I found was expensive was the poppy dons charging £1.95 each. Will return but I will only be having 2. Keep up the good work

Lovely food. Tried here after a friends recommendation. After so many disappointing Indian meals, this did not disappoint.
Everything was lovely, especially the tarka Dahl. And popadoms. !!

We normally use our local in Ilchester but as this is the sister shop, thought we'd try. Unfortunately not a patch on Spice Corner. Very bland and watery mains, Tikka and North Indian garlic chicken. The blurb didn't mention dips so we ordered extra and then found they came anyway. I'm sure it's good here other times just not last night.

The spice gallery in somerton is no doubt the best Indian restaurant I have dined in. Excellent table service meeting all the requirements of a meal and fulfilling each of our needs whether it?s refilling our water to cleaning our table between each meal, our dining was a priority. The chicken korma was soft to bite and cooked to perfection, with a gold coating of flavoursome cream sauce. The lamb tikka masala, was by far a favourite it looked extremely appetising and tasted just as good as it looked.

I've spent quite a lot at spice gallery over the years but a couple of years ago things changed and the standard of food really dropped off.
So since then I have occasionally retried and did so on Saturday night. It was my sons birthday treat and the whole takeaway was about £50.
I'm afraid again I was really disappointed. I ordered a chicken tikka jalfezi. The dish was very liquid and pale. The peppers were hardly there and the onions which should have been seared with the peppers were raw. Fortunately the spice level was about right. I did have a few small chillie.
I expected chunks of chicken but got strips. Not a big deal though.
Below I have pictures I what I was expecting and what I got.
When it has improved I will try again!
