What kind of place is only open 8am to 10am Monday to Friday. What about people who work? I sure hope that they are getting paid for part time hours.

I had a card through the door today (Saturday) stating the item was to big for the letterbox and had been returned to the depot and I could rearrange delivery, which I have done. However, there was no reference number and no mention of a requirement for a signature. The item could easily have been left in a safe place, but no that would take a degree of initiative and customer service. On booking redelivery, it says it will now not be delivered until Tuesday. Not a happy customer.Again, another totally rubbish service. Notified by text and email that the Somerton Sorting Office had my parcel and would be delivered today 15/03 between 0736 and 1136. So I waste four hours of my life waiting for the delivery that didn?t arrive. No card, no update by text or email. No doubt some lame Covid excuse will be rolled out. An overpriced, antiquated unfit for purpose service.

Ive asked for my parcel to be left in a safe space for 3 days yet the postal worker refuses to do so. Please change this.
