Flippin' brilliant!!
In spite of the naysayers a group of 6 of us decended on this joyous place for cream teas, and they couldn't have been more obliging, our group arrived in 2 waves but they were very patient while we all arrived.
6 cream teas were duly ordered, 3 regular and 3 gluten free, each accompanied by lashings of jam, cream and piping hot tea!!
Now, the staff.......We were greeted and welcomed very warmly by a couple of young ladies, our order was taken and duly arrived, nothing seemed too much trouble, the whole thing was a joy from start to finish, and very reasonably priced to boot!! We will be going back, that's for sure, places like this are so very hard to find, and this one is a complete gem!! Many thanks to all the staff, we adore what you do, keep it up!!

What a delightful place! Excellent service, super yummy food and very friendly staff.
I had the mushroom/cheese baguette. It just melted in my mouth. This place also serves the best scones in Somerset. Hats off to the chef!!
They have a lovely outdoor patio area as well, which we enjoyed in the sun.

First time at eating here, bit of a mixed review, the young lad serving us was brilliant, very attentive and tried his best at explaining the hold up with our food, 4 stars for his efforts. Drinks arrived on time, 30mins later our food arrive and I am sorry to say it was very hit & miss.
A cream tea was ordered which was very good, so thumbs up for that, however the remainder of our meals were dissappointing.
We were advised on arrival that the cook/chef had messed up another order and was frantically trying to rectify this, and I suspect this had an impact on our order, clearly we had arrived at a 'bad time', which is a shame as the service to begin with started off well, the setting is delightful with tables/chairs outside....and the cakes/scones looked delicious......

Owner and her staff are all friendly. It's like a family run cafe. I've been going there for many years.

Ordered a bacon sandwich. Was told it would be 10 to 15 mins which was fine. Waited 40 minutes for it to arrive. Iv had a better sandwich at a roadside van. Do yourself a favour save your money and try somewhere else in Somerton..will not be returning.

Great place to visit if out walking.
But you have to go out in the garden to visit the toilet .. a bit dated but clean . Keep up the good work ?

Took my disabled parent there for lunch. Very helpful staffWheelchair accessibility: Although the door didn't stay open on its own, a member of staff helped with the door and moved chairs to allow access to a table.
