This is a really lovely hotel. It's out in the stakes so it's really peaceful and quiet. The balcony outside has fantastic views over Somerset to Glastonbury tor and beyond.
All of the stuff were absolutely wonderful and helped us out of a real sticky spot when a taxi let us down. They're really friendly, really quick to help and couldn't do enough to make their guests' stay and experience to remember.
The rooms are spacious, well equipped, clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable.
Parking is free and plentiful and there are some charging points for electric cars.
The food was very good indeed.
Simply a lovely experience. Really enjoyed ourselves, and I love your sense of humour!

Great location to get into Glastonbury. Staff so incredibly helpful. We got let down by taxi company and the hotel spoke to staff members and managed to get someone to help us out. We stayed to attend the Glastonbury Extravaganza.

the room was fantastic and the evening meal and full english breakfast was amazing ,really appreciate the bottle of prosecco for my wifes birthday they had placed in our room on arrival.
This was our second stay at the crossways and we definitely will be booking again early next year for my birthday celebration.

Enjoyed the food, and the helpful staff. We will go again. As we only ate and drank there. We can not comment on other aspects of the place. However, friends of ours who stayed said tgey were more than happy with the whole experience.

Disappointed, the room number 105 was tired, shower broken and handles falling out of the window opener. Food was really good, check out needs to be better coordinated.

Was very disappointed with our experience of the Sunday carvery. After a 50 minute wait from our booking time, we were told there was no potatoes and limited meat remaining. We were supposed to be celebrating a special family meal which was spoiled due to their incompetence in supplying enough meals. Had we not previously booked then maybe we could understand but left hungry and angry that a special day had been ruined. Not recommended.

Booked in the restaurant for a special family Sunday carvery but left completely disappointed. On arrival, we were told to sit at the table we were shown to and someone would be along to take our drinks order. After half an hour of waiting, we had to chase this up. We were then given tickets to go to the carvery about 20 minutes later. The first of our party went to queue as they had a young child to feed before sleeping and was then told to sit back down again as they had a potatoes had run out. There was also only a choice of two meats instead of four as advertised. An hour after our booking time, we were still sat hungry with a tired child, a pregnant lady and the lady who was still anticipating her birthday lunch. We took this up with the manager who seemed reluctant to assist with our requests for any other meals and was told we should have turned up on time (we arrived prior to our booking time). With no empathy or willingness to make our special day a positive one, we had to leave the restaurant hungry and in search of a new establishment to save the day.
We will never return to this restaurant and do not recommend which is a shame as the location is beautiful and we had considered booking for Christmas.

Thank you for hosting our mums 80th birthday celebrations. Prashant was helpful in the build up to the event, and incredibly present and attentive during the day. Despite arriving to a power cut, with no indication of when power would be restored, he ensured our party of 26 was very well looked after. Had the lights had not been off, and alarms ringing in the background, we would not have known the impact the power cut had on the venue. Cheers were heard once power was restored and cooking could continue! All of our family and friends said how well we were looked after on the day, and we thank the team very much for making our event one to remember. Thanks once again!

Fantastic and spacious Bar located at the crossroad of country lanes. Very good selection of beers on tap, even better prices. Friendly staff and fantastic views from the beer garden/Patio.
