I had occasion to visit your wells branch. I did shop at Wells branch but first visited Specsavers nearby, where i was unexpectedly delayed. As a regular customer for decades, I returned to the store later where i made some purchases using my visa debit card. Today I received a parking fine, I can n ow assure you that I will not visit the wells store or the shepton mallet branch which i regularily use. Aas a result, i will not be using your facility that emplys such nefarious and unfair practices. I will not be using Tesco as a result of this shoddy treatment of a loyal customer again and use a more trustworthy store in future.

Not allowing the public to use the toilets during the carnival, absolutely disgraceful! Everyone should have the right to use a toilet customer or not!

Assaulted by a member of staff whilst exiting the store, staff stole my personal items, then racially profiled, wrongly accused and illegally detained. I have reported the incident to the police. Your staff need urgent training as your actions are despicable. I will not be returning to this store ever. Still waiting a call from your store manager with an apology.

Friday 6th Oct 2023. At least 20 self service tills. Only 2 of 5 cash tills working. Im told they've broken and they can't be bothered to fix them by a self service till staff member. Wholly discriminatory. Disgusting.

Amazing quality of everything they sell! Friendly staff and decent prices. If your from the local area and have went to aldi, you obviously know there is signs in there proving aldi is cheaper, although this is true? Tesco has better quality of food and drink so why would they charge the same as aldi does with there not so good quality!

Just had to make an emergency visit to tesco at 9.59pm to get my son some pull-ups as he has a bladder condition and we've had to stay with a sick relative tonight. I was refused entry despite customers still using the self-serve checkouts. Zero sympathy from the staff and was asked to leave. The amount of money I spend in that store to be treated like that is really upsetting. I get that they want to get home but it wasn't 10pm and they still had customers in store. Now I have go drive to Paulton Tesco meaning my son has to wait even longer to get to sleep. A stressful day has got even more stressful.
