I visited today and spent £35. The member of staff on the desk was very pushy with regards to me accepting an email receipt. I was asked for my email address without any explanation of why. I knew it was for the purpose of the receipt, so I asked for a paper receipt. I was then told that they?re incentivised to provide both paper and email receipts, so I should provide my email address. I politely refused again, to the disappointment of the sales advisor. This is unnecessarily pushy behaviour. I understand people have targets to make, but you certainly shouldn?t be pressurising customers for their personal data. I have opted for an email receipt from New Look before, and I had issues with them processing an exchange due to their slow system, and had to revisit the store three times in one day for the issue to be resolved - so beyond the fact companies have far too much of our personal data and we?re not obligated to provide it, there are other reasons why people may only want a paper copy, and this must be respected, regardless of New Look?s targets.

It was ok... couldn't find any staff for help...one was "busy" changing a display and one couldn't leave the till!!

A good store with great clothing although they didn't have anything I was looking for I still had a quick look around The only downside is I'd like to see a wider size range.
