I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. I asked for amber leaf tobacco but was given gold leaf by mistake. When I returned to correct the error, the staff refused to exchange it because the seal was opened, even though it was their mistake. The staff member did apologize, but the manager?s behavior was horrible, unfriendly, and unhelpful. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I won?t be returning.

Local store for quickly picking up a few things instead of going to the bigger supermarkets. Helpful staff, shout out to Richard for helping out the other day.

This shop is a joke really, nobody working there, always break and you must waiting long time or take another. Guy at post office never can help with postage!!! Joke!!!

Useless staff . Made everyone wait in 1 line then when the guy finally felt like it, after letting customers pile up. he finally opened the second till and let the newest customer pay first . So I went from second at pay to LAST !! Unacceptable . Then deceived to have a chat with the customers to slow every down , the Guy in the post office is sound tho !

I wouldn?t recommend using this post office. Staff haven?t been appropriately trained on postage methods and are unable to provide basic information on delivery services when asked. Due to this, I used UPS as I wasn?t able to trust them to process my parcel correctly. This is the first time I?ve had such a terrible experience in a post office. I don?t blame the individual - we?re all doing our best, but management need to address this issue asap.

Can't give me my parcel as they claimed the whole shop closes at 9:30pm.

They close 10 minutes before the advertised time of 10pm so its extremely inconvenient. If the staff want to go home earlier change the time you're supposed to close.

The in store post office is open 7 days a week until 9.30. There is parking next door and the service is always friendly.

So low quality shop... few times need to show exactly price for staff who want charge me more then ticket price. No prices on products sometimes but has some on plus: open late on sundays hoorayyy!!!
