Just wanted to follow up on our experience at Haskins, Shepton Mallet this morning. We were served beautifully by a lovely lady who was polite, helpful and had an excellent attitude to customer relations, despite only' being in the job for three weeks! What a pleasure to shop with her!

Been here today looking for sofas and recliner chair I was very surprised how big the store was .I was greeted by jules sales advisor she was absolutely brilliant gave me no pressure allowed me to browse round with ease was at hand if I needed any assistance. Yes I actually bought sofa and recliner chair price was really good ? thank you again jules definitely be coming back in future.

ordered a parkerknoll sofa .the underneath was ripped and the legs were loose. customer service were very good in helping to sort the problem. Gentleman came and sorted problem . however i do think that when the delivery drivers bring your furniture in they should have necessary covering for feet and also use a floor cover when putting on the legs no matter how clean floors look after all haskins you offer a white glove service and furniture is expensive to purchase nowadays.

I couldn't send the following unless I entered a 'star rating'.NO STARS. If I could award stars in minus numbers I would. In all my years, and I have had nearly 8 decades of years I have never come across such poor customer service. I ordered, and paid a deposit on an expensive chair in the first week of August. At the beginning of November I was asked for the balance which I paid. Delivery was 21st November. Over 3 months since ordering. After all that time you would have thought that they would have got the order right, but no, it was the wrong chair. But the good news is that they could get me the correct one if I was prepared to wait another 10 weeks or so! I declined their kind offer, the chair was collected the next day and I would get my money refunded to my payment card in 48 hours I was told. That came and went, as have several more hours. It is now 7 days since I was promised the refund. I have checked with my bank and they say they have not received the refund from Haskins.so can't pass it on to me. Haskins have refused to refund the money in any other way, saying it should be with me soon. That money could have been in my savings account earning 5.2% interest, instead it had been in Haskins account, no doubt earning interest for them, and still no sign of it appearing back in my account. When I paid the money it came straight out of my account. When I want it back it appears to be a different system, i.e. you'll get it when it suits us. I will never even think of buying from Haskins again, maybe Furnitureland or DFS would be a better bet.

Salesperson knew little about the furniture. Got a £35 parking ticket for overstaying 12 minutes past the deadline in an empty car park on a bank holiday.

I'm going to say you gave a great service, price and product several years ago, but the marketing for your current sale (Aug 2023) is up there with the most aggressive I've encountered. Texts (4), emails (lost count), mail to my current house, mail to my old house I moved out of several years ago and you have no record of online (I only have one account with you). I've unsubbed or should have to all, but watch out your marketing company doesn't burn your name out.Update 1: Now 5 texts. I have unsubscribed to texts twice now.

Outstanding customer service (as always) and delivery. We were kept fully informed of our numerous orders progress throughout. Extra special thanks to Kim in the Furniture and Sue in Bedding Departments for answering our queries. It is refreshing to continue to shop with a store with traditional customer focus.

We purchased a new mattress for our king-size bed. We must have tried at least a dozen beds before we found the right mattress for us. Hazel in the bedding department was very helpful, patience and professional, suggesting different beds to try until we found the right one for us. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she is an asset to the company. Thank you Hazel. From The Hamblys .We also purchased a dining room table and chairs from Jules in the furniture department. Again had very good service. Jules was very friendly, polite and professional helping us decide which was the best Dining set for us. Nothing was too much trouble and she took the time to show us how to extend the tables and how to put them back again to the standard size. There was no pressure to purchase, just friendly advice and help when needed.We will definitely be returning to this lovely store for any future requirements secure in the knowledge that there is always a very professional service available if needed.Thank you Jules, for all your help fromBill & Pauline Hambly
