i had placed a timed order for delivery so that it would arrive as i got home from work, only to find out when i looked on the app that my food had been delivered yet nothing was there, i phoned up to ask where my order was only to be told that the driver had been waiting for 20 minutes, which if they had delivered it at the time i had ordered it for they wouldn?t have been, i asked if i could have my order resent to be told that the delivery driver had been sent home (which shouldn?t be the case seeing as the store accepts deliveries up until close) and that i needed to go and collect it, i explained to what im assuming was the manager on shift that i couldn?t collect it due to not having a car and he was rather rude and was telling me that it was my own fault so i had asked for a refund if they weren?t going to resend my order only to be hung up on, absolutely disgusting customer service

Obviously a clueless chef tonight!! Worst pizza they have ever delivered and we have used them since they opened?.Pizza base under cooked and had all toppings on including substitutions I had made!? and twice as much as should have been which were also undercooked!! Wedges were raw!! Such a shame as very good normally! Binned virtually all of it?which trust me is a first!!!!
Dominos obviously struggling for staff as we all are!!!!!

The food was to-be-expected for Dominos, but the service was not great. Our order was taken, and was put on the tracker screen - 15 mins until ready. That's fine, we pop to the shops and go down the road for a few minutes. We come back with one minute left. It took another ~5 mins for our pizza to turn up. Other people were recounting their experience, claiming that the shop had taken ~15 mins after the assigned time for the pizza to be provided. Half-and-half pizzas were unavailable, and although it was not their fault that they weren't, it was the first time I had entered a Dominos with this unavailability.
On the plus side, their wall was decorated with Dominos facts which have enlightened me on a pointless subject.
Parking: ~5 spots outside that are mostly filled with company cars or other members of the village.

Ordered food waited an hour before calling them when they said that they weren't doing delivery because the weather but they didn't even bother to contact me

We tried to phone to order a pizza but kept having the phone put down on us as soon as it was picked up. Online was saying they could not deliver, so gave up and ordered a Chinese instead.

When the food arrived it was only half our order and when the delivery driver rang the shop they said another driver was coming with it then. I waited 25 minutes and then rang them and they said they would send it now. We still haven?t got our food!

Staff was busy on mobile phones . With two orders on screen they mixed my pizza with other guy. No apologises and also they changed ingredients on the same pizza which I gave them back instead of making a new proper one .

My collection Meatball Marinara had raw uncooked onions on it. ? Come on Team a little bit more care with baking. It pretty much ruined my £19 pizza
