Absolutely terrible.
Staff/management utter useless today hopefully better organised with better people skills throughout the week days,
Only popped in to get something supermarkets don't sell but felt victimised at the till with my 14 Yr old son buying red wine!
It really did make my day!
And have put me off entirely going into that branch ever again.

went to purchase my chosen goods, paid by card, the till crashed. The transaction was completed by my bank. BnM had my authorised pending transaction. The manager and deputy would not let me leave with my goods, would not speak to me respectfully and told me that if I left with my already purchased goods it would be theft. They could not back this up, just kept repeating their stance. Lynzey and James were unhelpful, accusatory and dismissive. I remember customer service actually being customer service. Obviously not in Shepton Mallet BnM. I had to ring my bank, who said that the only way to get my money back would be for BnM to authorise it. They disagreed. Awful experience, wouldnt shop there again and will be making a complaint.
