Great food served in a nicely decorated pub. Inside, conservatory and garden dining options. Decor is very nice, service has been excellent when I visited. Staff deserve tipping, but maybe that's not a 'Saltford thing' yet.

Went here for lunch after work and the glasses were filthy there was cobwebs everywhere and dust on the bar corner where a hole had been drilled. We sat by black wall lights that had cobwebs hanging from it. Overall the place was dirty and the cleaner in my opinion needs sacking

We had a post funeral buffet lunch there. It could not have been better.
Excellent selection of food, plenty of space and a large garden with helpful friendly staff. Would recommend.

Met up with family to celebrate our son's birthday. The waiting staff girls were really friendly. We ate fairly early (6pm). The tables were spaced far enough apart to make it seem intimate. Lovely atmosphere in The Crown and the food was delicious and nicely presented. Good choice of beers.

We were looking for somewhere for lunch on 17th July and we came upon the Crown. Only a small menu but had just what we wanted. Staff were amazing, polite and friendly. Didn't have to wait long for food and when it came out it was very well presented. Reasonable prices and nice outdoor area. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. It won't be long before we visit again

Only had a pint. Very transactional service. Thatchers gold tasted fine , but better value and service in other local establishments.

Had a very disappointing Sunday lunch. Food was lukewarm and beef was very tough and chewy. Was given a very small amount off the bill. It has gone downhill since we last ate there. Shame!

Poor service. Booked for 14:30, table wasn?t ready when we arrived. No menus given. One poor waitress having to bring out all the food for 8 people having Sunday dinner so multiple side dishes to carry too. She must have went back and forth to the kitchen a dozen times and took almost 15 minutes to bring everything out. Then we all had no cutlery and food was going cold. Had to go to the bar ask for the bill then after waiting forever had to go to the bar to ask to pay. Such a shame as the food was lovely and the pub itself is really nicely decorated.
