“I ordered a tile cutting disc on click and collect on the 21st October, when I arived payment had not been excepted, no problem I bought the item and paid over the counter. After returning home payment for £73.18 had been taken twice. I rang the branch and was told I wouuld get a refund but it would take a while. The next week I was contacted to say my item was at Radstock waiting collection. I explained the above and was told Item would go back into stock and I would get my refund.The staff were first class at radstock branch. Head Office I would like my refund PLEASE!!”
