Whilst I've not used them for prescriptions, I have used Clement Pharmacy twice for advice on remedies and both times the staff have been incredibly helpful and friendly. Opening until 6pm Mon- Fri means I can get there after work, which a huge plus.

The staff at Clements are amazing. Always extremely helpful, kind and polite. Very efficient service, yes you may have to wait longer for your prescription but that is the same everywhere due to the huge number of customers they now serve.

There's too many times now orders have been wrong (always missing things, so always in their favour, not the other way around). It is not rocket science correctly filling a prescription. Once, I could put down to human error. Twice, incompetence. But numerous times? It makes me wonder. They also "lose" stuff that is meant to be waiting to be collected as I am not always well enough to get things right away. God knows whether they told the NHS it's been collected and put in a charge anyway to the NHS, as I never see it again. They hardly ever answer the phone and when they do, they are rude. Last time that I will be using them. They need a lesson in customer service and basic mathematics.

Very helpful staff, they had prescription I needed in stock even though several other pharmacies around could not get stock.

I switched to Clement some time ago as a result of poor service from my local pharmacy. Initially, I was pleased I did so. Service was good and staff were efficient. Sadly, during the last 3 years things have rapidly gone downhill. I may be wrong, but much of the decline appears to have coincided with the departure of Laura, the super chemist, on maternity leave. She is always efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and 'in control'. Thank goodness she is now back and I can only hope 'normal service' will be resumed! MAnother factor in the decline has been your decision to take on a huge number of additional patients from another local struggling practice. I suspect this has stretchedour Radstock pharmacy beyond its workable limits and your loyal / regular customers are the losers. They will soon desert you if you do not rectify things! Please act now! Thank you.

This pharmacy used to be excellent. Sadly no more! Total rubbish. Just been to collect my daughter's prescription & they're closed AGAIN .. even though the new hours don't start until April 3rd .. which in itself is a complete joke! What about people who can only get there on a Saturday!!

Waited outside for 15 minutes after the posted opening time, only to be told that the pharmacist was not in till 11am, so they would not open. No signs to indicated the change in opening time. No one came to the door to notify me earlier, despite being in full view of the other staff. Had to drive to another pharmacy which didn?t open till later, making me late for work. Not even an apology!

Always nice in this shop, polite, and do things properly, one of the few good little shops we have left. Look after it and shop here , don't let the big fat cats close it down.

This used to be the best pharmacy in our area, unfortunately it's now as bad as the rest. My prescription has been missed by them on several occasions when someone has collected for me. On returning from the chemist items are missing where they have checked to see if there are more scripts to do. Awful unprofessional service.

I went into Radstock chemist this morning as I have a red sore eye which has been caused by pulling a birds nest out of a tree that I was pulling ivy off of. The birds nest was old and had fungus growing in it and particles were falling down into my eyes as well as particles from the ivy, as I was having to blink to clear my vision I had a shower afterwards and hoped that that was enough. Overnight I could tell my eye was a bit funny and I got up and used a saline pod to clean it out in the night. By the next morning it was red and sore I washed it with salt water again but by the evening it was still red and sore. I told all of this to the lady on reception but she refused to give me any treatment for it and just told me to keep washing my eye out with cold water. Clearly bacteria or something from this situation has caused my eye to be sore as this soreness has not just randomly occurred it is directly related to what I was doing. I understand they don?t want to give out antibiotics unnecessarily but from describing the above situation to them I think they should have taken it more seriously. My mother is partially sighted as she lost the vision in her right eye in her 30s due to an eye infection and she then had to rely on her left eye which was lazy and hadn?t been corrected so she was immediately registered partially sighted due to the poor central vision in her left eye. I also told this to them. I have been given some ointment by another chemist but was reluctant to use it and preferred drops which the other chemist didn?t have, as I thought the ointment might affect my vision on the computer and while I was driving. I did feel cross about this because I know the consequences of what can happen if people don?t take vision and eye health seriously as I grew up with a partially sighted mother.
