Comfy, clean rooms. Good service & the restaurant food was an unexpected surprise although breakfast was expensive, especially if you just wanted toast with jam & or croissant which cost more than a cooked breakfast!

Tv signal not greatWe stayed to go to a party at the hotel and it was freezing in the room all night which was the main downside for meFood & drinks: Drinks weren?t great, no gin glasses and no luxury drinks ie cocktails etc

All the hype in the advert but didn't materialize. Hotel on an industrial estate. Food served cold - I sent it back twice and it still came back cold. Breakfast - won't go there.. No the hotel or service expected from Best Western.Food & drinks: Don't know where the supposed all bells and whistles chef was the night I was there, but he wants to retrain his kitchen staff to serve food hot!

Rooms are comfy and well equipped.Good menu and well cooked breakfast. Very attentive staff. Location for me is perfect but could be a bit off of the "beaten track". That said well worth making a detour for.

An absolute gem, what makes the hotel special are the staff. Everyone is smiling, very polite and can't do enough to help you. The bed and pillows were super comfy. Room was very nice. If you're in the back you can hear bird's singing and it's so pieceful. Massive parking area with plenty of space to park.
