It might not be the cheapest supermarket but the quality and customer service is excellent. The shelfs are well stocked,clearly labeled (you can often find some good deals) and staff go over and beyond to help you.

Me and my 2 year old son walked over to this store to collect a prescription only to be greeted with the Lloyds pharmacy being closed. I walked over to the self checkout section and I was approached by two ladies by the names of Trudi and Kay. They both discussed the recent opening time complications and then proceeded to take my son along to the sweet section and purchased some dairy milk buttons out of their own money from the kindness of their own hearts. They then have me a time to call back later that would be better. Very pleased with the staff that day! Very kind.

Waitrose in other locations seem to be under much better management. However at this Portishead branch the management seem to be under the gross misapprehension that they?re best thing since sliced bread. Which is odd since the only thing they seem to do right is belittle customers and lower paid staff members. Throughly dislike the management at this store, and have stopped going to this branch for this reason.

My experience was not great at the time and that was when i was poorly at the time and good to work with them and have had a good sense of humour and do like the people and now they are new people that worked there and hope they are doing great thanks again seb dixey
