I booked in with Apprentice, Darcie, for a wash, cut and blow dry this morning. It was a great experience from start to finish. She was friendly, asked all the relevant questions and took a lot of care in checking what she had done was correct.I've walked out with a hair cut that I'm incredibly pleased with - it looks healthy, glossy and as good as I would expect from a qualified stylist.Thank you Darcie - I'm sure you've got a great future ahead in hairdressing!

I had a cut and blow booked in with Darcie today and from the moment I walked in the door, it was a great experience! Welcomed by a lovely lady behind reception and treated great! Simone is amazing! I never know what I want when I arrive and always just let her decide for me, I?m super fussy so this is no easy task for her but every time I have a cut and/or colour it?s always absolutely perfect.

Just had the most amazing facial and KRF treatment. My skin already feels softer, hydrated and I can see a difference in some frown lines. I'm already looking forward to my next one!
