Brilliant customer service and what an excellent little shop. I bought so much here and wish it was something I had known about sooner. I managed to find some stunning unique items that I gave to my family for Christmas. They all were thrilled by the purchases too. The best deal about the shop is the prices, I have never known kitchenware and utensils of such good quality.

Pepper mill has great but the salt mill is appalling, simply doesn?t work and how have returned 2x. At £50 I expect better, manufacturer was zero help and all they offered was a return. Returned to retailer instead as easier.Can no longer be an advocate for the brand based on this experience, shame as pepper mill is excellent and so it should be at circa £80.

I have had T & G stainless steel salt on and pepper mills for nearly 10 years and they are still perfect. Worth every penny. I have spent far more on endlessly replacing other makes that failed after a couple of years.

Bought a cruet set many years ago and it has been absolutely brilliant. The grinders have been replaced free of charge by the very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, due to droppages , I am having to buy another set but have no hesitation in using the same company as the quality of the product is excellent and the after sales service second to none.

As with others, my pepper mill mechanism broke and I got in touch with T&G Woodware Ltd for a replacement part. I hadn't been aware of the lifetime guarantee on the mechanism before searching for parts and despite this kitchen essential being ~20 years old, I had a new part posted and fitted two days after getting in comms with T&G. At no cost to myself.Thank you Sarah for your prompt responses and fabulous customer service. I will be recommending your products to anyone who will listen and have started asking friends and family probing questions about the state of their pepper grinders with a view to gifting T&G replacements!

I purchased a salt & pepper mill from John Lewis years ago, they were made by T&G Woodware. The mills have been brilliant and we love them. A little while ago, the salt mill stopped working. Remembering that they had a lifetime guarantee, I got in contact with T&G Woodware. Their Head of Customer Service, Julie, was brilliant and couldn't have been nicer. Julie sent me a replacement mechanism for the broken mill and another mechanism just in case the one in our pepper mill broke. Wonderful products, fantastic customer service and great company. Highly recommended.

My sister got a pair of these mills as a wedding present many years ago. Every time I've used them I realise just how good they are and now my whole family have various sets. I recently lost a stopper on the top and Fiona was just amazing at providing me with a new matching pair (as the old stopper was clearly a previous design). Nothing works even nearly as well as these. In fact if there was a slight downside I'd say that they work too well as the slightest turn means quite a lot of salt or pepper comes out. Overall look and function is perfect!

The pepper mill we bought is lovely but importantly, the customer service was fantastic.I spoke with 2 different members of the team and everything was incredibly efficient whilst they fell over themselves to support me.Thank you very much, I will definitely be coming back to T&G next time!

We bought our CrushGrind mills in 2013 and they are the best mills we've ever used, regardless of which salt or pepper we put inside. We have had the odd accident (I dropped the salt recently), and T&G have been brilliant in terms of both customer service and repair. I would highly recommend both the mills and the company.

Without doubt the best salt & pepper pots weâ??ve ever bought and weâ??ve had a lot over the years. We bought the crush and grind & have had them 3 years without any of the normal problems you get. Doesnâ??t matter which salt or pepper you put inside them they just work. Good to see a UK company leading the way with good design; excellent quality so Iâ??d highly recommend these products!
