They have ruined what used to be a decent subway you now have to order on a screen which is very confusing and you can?t see the salad. It defaults to foot long and I ended up with a foot long sub. The salad was awful and if I could have seen it I wouldn?t have bothered adding. Staff were just laughing at us struggling to use the ordering system. Won?t bother going back.

A stuck together piece of sliced ??chicken breast in a cold pita bread, which was discovered not immediately but after the husband had to eat half of the frosty cold wrap. I don't know what happened in the life of the worker, but she clearly hates people. This was the worst subway I have ever visited.

The young staff seems like they doesn?t care. Sandwiches looks like a ****. There is a lack of training how to create a sandwich and what is most important their customer service skills are below the mud. They are treating their friend with discounts without vouchers and they are thinking that no one gonna notice this.

On one order, I ordered a sub with meatballs, the meatball sauce, pepperoni, and peppers. When it arrived, it had a note attached that said "no meatballs sorry", instead of calling and sorting a replacement sub as is standard practice on online orders, they instead just gave me a footlong with a few pieces of pepperoni and 4 slices of pepper in it.
More recently, they managed to give me food poisoning with a garlic cheesesteak, I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. If they don't make you sick they forget or lazily omit half your order.

My sandwich is hard like a rock, just not burned. Used to go quite often, I will avoid it altogether. The new employed people haven't got a clue what they are doing, or understand basic English. I understand everyone at the beginning must learn but some of your staff is purely RETARDED ! My last two visits were also awful, one I got my sandwich empty, and once a completely different sandwich to what I've ordered. I'll leave this here for others to know what to expect, go easton in gordano instead. Good luck you'll need some.

Damn confusing menu. Staff were quiet and seemed to be working on phone orders...was trying to work out the saver subs. Ended up getting not what we wanted. Pepsi machine had one drink only to offer. Bins were full outside. Not a great experience.

The staff don't seem as if they had any training. They put the meat balls in a tub, not in a sub.The rest of the order was mediocre. It's not a good experience.

Ordered on Just Eat. Waited 45 minutes, called and they said the machine is off, we're not doing that ask just eat for a refund. No communication. Why can I order and pay then??? And now the onus is on me to waste my time seeking a refund. So rude about it in the phone also.

It's a Subway, you know what you'll see before you get there. However, if you choose to use the pre-ordering feature of the app you'll simply waste your time. The order wasn't prepared until we turned up at the collection time.
