I am not a NatWest client but I had 2 bank notes that needed to be replaced after a charity collection and they were very friendly and helpful.

Nat west Portishead very poor service l had to wait for service along with other people who were told it would be at least half a hours wait standing in the bank people were looking and going away there were at one stage10 people waiting and two old couples were told to go and have a coffee and come back later this is the only bank now Nailsea and Clevedon have closed there was no privacy at all the people there where asked questions about their personal circumstances with all the people sitting and standing within hearing distance. The lady at the cash counter only had two customers l walked out in disgust this was on Wednesday morning about ten o'clock l waited a good thirty five minutes still one person only was on the front desk

Poor machines. Only two staff. Poor guidance from staff. Thus only added to the poor telephone survice.

Fantastic, Natwest have looked after my money since Nanny first made my account here, god knows when. Safe as safe gets, always reliable, specifically, an absolutely GREAT branch. Lovely, freindly staff with a classic approach. I love Sally, Keep it rockin'. The Natwest 24 hour customer service number & Natwest App are perfect. I had a problem and they gave me 50 quid to say sorry. The kings of banking, the kings of kings! What's the point in getting rich if no one's there to keep your money safe?

Staff always wonderful and helpful. Never had a problem and had a lot of care and attention given to any questions or banking activities. 5/5.

No details outside re queuing for social distancing or persons on door. Walked in with mask on and was rudely told to wait back outside with hardly anyone in branch , poor service ....other banks had posters and person on door why not your branch ?

My current account and savings account have been blocked with no explanation. Portishead branch manager spoke with me with very patronising tone. He didn't show any sympathy or any good will to help me to solve my problem. He even mentioned I had to do something serious if bank had decided to close my account. I've never ever felt so embarrassed. When I said that this is a story for bbc or other media he answered laughingly that I can go there if I want. In my opinion such a person shouldn't be a branch manager as he doesnt present even basic people skilss. I felt like a criminal. I've been left with no money to live on. Today it's been over 3 weeks and still haven't received my money back neither reply for my complaint. I had to cancel all my christmas and new year eve plans. NatWest has ruined my life. It's hard to believe in it but it happened and I've been left with no help and no money to live on. I'm honest and genuine person. I've never ever had any problems with law, no criminal records... nothing. Its seems that situations like mine can happen to anyone and NatWest does not see anything wrong with it.

The staff are all really helpful and friendly. I have a current and business account with Natwest and see the staff on a weekly basis. Nothing is too much trouble.

Visited this morning to set up a current account for my Fiancèe who has a UK Visa. After waiting an extra half hour for our appointment whilst others were seen in front of us, we were dealt with by a very rude male assistant, who saw fit to comment on my council tax demand "Oh you haven't paid it yet? That's what direct debits are for, you know". I don't understand the need to look down on me and my Fiancèe as I earn a good income. Long story short, the visa isn't long enough and we will be applying on October, but NOT with Natwest. After declining the account, without apology, the assistant decided to try and keep our copy documents, which I had to ask for back. Why keep these if we aren't customers?
The lady manager was, however, very friendly. Perhaps she should be in charge of customer relations.
