Such a shame, because location is stunning and perfect, rooms are a great size, it's well priced and so convenient and I would love to stay here time and time again, but maaaaaaan, was the room absolutely disgusting. Good ole titanic style hand prints all over the wall above the headboard which was so obvious when the back light was on, I know people like to do the hanky panky when they are away but you don't want to be in a bed staring up at the handprints on the dusty wall seeing the evidence on what's gone on in that room previously. Hair all over the shower, poo or blood on the wall in the bathroom especially next to the toilet roll holder. Masses of dust build up in the carpet edges and a perfect shape of where the doors are pinned open when they do eventually hovered. I don't like being negative or complaining but if my husband was here he would've gone down and sorted something as it was gross, I just felt dirty, I didn't take my shoes off unless I was in the hanky panky bed. I did do the feedback form that was left via email but absolutely no response from it so heres my review. Sorry folks! But do better, you are letting yourselves down because you are in such a beautiful place.

We found the Ibis to be what it says on the label. Budget but for all of that the position next to the Marina made up for it. Huge Waitrose , Lidl and Aldi next door. Yes, traffic noise but close the window. Great to be able to open one. Free parking right outside. Only gripe is lack of a couple of glasses for water in the room. Coffee mugs were fine but !!!!!!

I absolutely loved the wooden room keys - such a simple idea to reduce plastic! We were only here for a very short time but Leona on reception really looked after us and recommended local places. Room clean and comfortable, superb for a 'budget' hotel. Will definitely be back

We arrived to no receptionist as we was five minutes early . Had to call for parking details We arrived guy at desk was fine told us what to do . I?m rating low as the room was horrible . Tv tiny , kettle tiny , room was a view of marina as requested. However the traffic noise and people made it hard to rest . The breakfast was a orange water breakfast bar . You have to go collect yourself from reception. I will never visit again this grubby hotel

Needed a base for a group get together and this suited us. Good location for visiting the Marina and walking along the coast and possibly even getting in and out of Bristol. We were greeted by the very friendly receptionist and although we were 2 hours early she said she could have our 6 rooms ready within the hour. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable and we had views looking out to the top end of the Marina. (£38 for room only) Wetherspoons is next door with lots of lovely pubs and restaurants to cater for all tastes and budget around the Marina. We went to the bakery to have breakfast, Mokoko, only pastries, cakes and filled rolls but absolutely delicious. Parking is FREE, room was ideal for what we wanted and staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Room was small and very basic. But we paid extra for breakfast for our two nights. It was a paper bag with. One apple, wax carton of water, a yogurt, cereal bar and a croissant , wax carton of fruit juice. I will be cancelling tomorrow's. Really disappointed. Must say good location.

Stayed here 4 nights in a week when it didnt stop raining. So having a car parked immediately outside the hotel was a blessing. On arrival Harry checked us in, we were unsure of a double or twin, so he very patiently showed us 3 rooms to choose from. We chose a double bed, in a larger family room, same price as a smaller room with either 2 twin beds, or a double. He said if we weren't happy we could change tomorrow. We didn't have a marina view, they were all booked out, shame! The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds we have ever slept in. Some rooms have a stand alone shower, or shower over bath, we had the latter and it was fine. The staff here are fantastic, all of them know the area, and can tell you anything you need to know. Where to get breakfast/dinner or coffee bars. Lidl is adjoining the hotel, for any sundries you might need, waters, for example. Wetherspoons is right next door and offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. We didn't eat here, but next time we will. And a waitrose opposite side of the car park. Two italian restaurants are minutes walk away, both very good. The parking here is free in a huge car park, there are signs saying maximum 2 hours, but when you check-in to Ibis, they register your car registration and it automatically over-rides everything else, for the duration of your visit. I would recommend staying here , it is a budget hotel with no bells and whistles, just great staff, parking and clean comfortable room with daily housekeeping. Thanks to all the staff for looking after us during our stay.

Stayed for one night, and got an excellent rate so didn?t expect that much but we had a very pleasant surprise! Has lots of free Parking nearby (literally seconds away!) and we had a lovely greeting from the staff, who couldn?t do enough for us! Our room even had a view of the marina. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We would normally pay at least twice what we paid for a room like this! There are plenty of places around to eat (we had a lovely breakfast at the nearby cafe marina, though if you like Wetherspoons breakfast, there is one ?next door?) We were visiting Tyntesfield, a nearby National Trust house and it was about 10 minutes away so the location was excellent. It is about 10 minutes (maybe less) from the m5 so would make a great location for visiting Bristol, Weston super mare and Clevedon. It was very peaceful at night too. We would definitely visit again if visiting the area.

Basic, clean hotel in an excellent position. Staff very friendly. Couldn?t ask for anything else for the price. Overlooking the lovely marina. Kettle & tea/coffee in the room. Free parking on the supermarket round the back . We will be stopping off here again on our way down south.

The Ibis is a budget hotel but it has a lot going for it. First of all the staff are friendly and helpful; yes you have to ask at reception for a hairdryer, extra towels and teabags but they are provided promptly and with a smile. The location is perfect, it is close to a Wetherspoons, has a large car park associated with the Lidl store next door and is within walking distance of the shopping centre. Then of course it is right on the Marina with its associate restaurants and associated views. We have always found the rooms clean and tidy and we will be back. I f I have one niggle, it is that the room TV is tiny and on our last visit the remote control did not work but in mitigation the WiFi works fine.

Stayed here for one night, very convenient location, walking distance to shops and the marina. Free car parking. We had a lovely welcome from your staff, who booked us in and gave us our room key. Our room was 124, a lovely clean double room, with a slight view of the marina. The bed was very comfortable lovely firm mattress. Unfortunately I didn?t sleep very well as the sound of either the heating system or something similar was purring away all night. Breakfast came in a bag it was very nice, we had a croissant with butter and small pot of Jam, a cereal bar, yoghurt, piece of fruit, fruit juice and water. I would stay here again but just in a different room.

Standard Ibis Budget, walking distance of town centre and marina area, Warm greeting at reception and property spotless as was room. Free parking with vehicle being registered in parking system. The X4 bus to Bristol goes from outside the hotel and is quite frequent running till late in the evening. I was disappointed to find breakfast was a breakfast box expensive for what it contained, this is not made obvious when booking as it offers room only or room with breakfast as options, although if you dig deep enough on the website it does say so. however there is a Wetherspoons next door and several other options nearby from breakfast.

Cleanliness is good ! Room is neat and cosy. All staff are friendly and helpful. Love they provide recycled bin on the ground floor. Car park is free for customers. WiFi is stable. Supermarket, restaurants are nearby with just a few walks. Lovely birds sing every morning.
