Terrible. Very slow service and always long queues.\\nThey cash up the till during opening hours and have the cheek to \\\"encourage\\\" you to browse Waitrose store even if you say you are not intending shopping! The assistants have not got a basic understanding of their medications or general products. Once I needed a prescription but was told to wait 20 mins as the pharmacist was in a private meeting. I waited 30 mins but she still wasn't available and the assistant didn't know how long she would be but was telling every customer 20 mins! I asked for a refund but assistant got angry! Boots give a great service so I just go there now.

Shocking service can?t even stay open yet there working still behind shutters ! You need to update your opening hours . It?s essential you stay open in these times why close 1 hour early when Waitrose is still open ! Penny pinching with staffs hours Disgusting

Totally disorganized, long queues. It's not the staff or lack of them they seem pleasant enough but there is no urge in getting anything done

Very poor experience. Two women behind the counter said they shut at 8 and won?t serve me as it had gone past 8, when it was in fact 7:56. Very ignorant and rude people!

Gave me wrong drugs and only later, after taking did I realise! I'm 28 weeks pregnant! Completely unacceptable - do not trust!
