I really enjoyed the whole experience of coming to Elements for the first time.
Maddie who coloured my hair was lovely and I felt Emma really listened and worked with me in deciding a cut that would suit me.
The other Emma was hilarious and the very nice lady at reception (Alison?) was wonderful!
