It?s a nice spot overlooking the marina. However the Barista that served me this morning could do with a little training.
Using my reusable cup (to do my bit for the planet) firstly she didn?t apply hot water to clean it & heat it, which meant when she poured the coffee in, the coffee was luke warm. Secondly, she half filled it, unlike other costas & so it delivered me a double negative! May have well gone to waitrose and got a free coffee ?
Still, nice spot & clean.

Boiling hot flavourless tea. Paper cups fell apart and leaked. Tables dirty and covered in rubbish. AC present but not working despite how hot it was inside. Service was unprofessional and slow. Probably the worst costa I've ever been to

Being called love numerous times is not very professional. Also being asked to move as we were standing admiring the marina so a table could be moved to exactly where we were standing was ridiculous. The two young men serving need a lesson in customer service. We didn?t purchase anything from Costa but surely we can stand next to the railings and admire the marina!

Been here twice in recent weeks - it's a lovely spot for a good cup of coffee - nice and bright, with great service too. I'm a big Costa fan but this is one of their better restaurants.

I recently had a delightful experience at Costa Cafe in Portishead. Ashley provided exceptional service, demonstrating a genuine passion for customer satisfaction. The entire staff was friendly and efficient, making my visit truly enjoyable. The cozy atmosphere and consistently great coffee make Costa Cafe a standout choice in Portishead.

It was a lovely sunny afternoon, so I headed to Portishead for a walk around the marina.I decided to go for coffee, my first choice was Mokoko Coffee & Bakery, however though the queue wasn?t too long, there appeared to be a lot of people waiting for their coffee. So I left and headed to Costa, which was a lot less busy.I ordered a Cortado and didn?t have to wait long before it was ready. It was a nice coffee.

Quick stop off today while working in Portishead, Staff a lovely and friendly and offer a great service , I recommend this location to all my customers when visiting , this is my go to Costa when in Portishead, The views are stunning , staff really friendly and helpful and always double cup my Americana without milk, as its hot to handle....Thank you again!
