“I first came here in May 2023 -we sort of fell upon The George by accident and had a really delicious meal. I returned again last week with my son and partner for an evening meal even though it was not on our planned route. Again the food was delicious , the staff were really lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The general atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. I will take a detour again no doubt to enjoy the hospitality, atmosphere and tasty well cooked food.”
