One of three fuel stations and mini-supermarkets in the area. The goods are a mix of big brands and local producers. Meat from Thornton's and Baker's. Gelato from Swoon. Strawberry's from Cheddar. Bags of potatoes from Redhill Farm. Not the cheapest but nor are the prices high. I know local people who do their weekly shop there.

Brilliant place. Always get fuel and pop in and get a Costa from the machine a couple times a week. Staff are really friendly and polite. HUGE range of products stocked. Subway inside the store. Fresh local produce

Why do they never open both car washes? Clearly both working as the lights are on etc. causes massive queues and delays. Rubbish customer service!!

Touts is a brilliant garage, shop and subway with friendly attentive staff, a good selection of products.
This garage has everything, a car wash, air, water, clean toilets and is open 24 hrs.
The staff will literally go out of there way to help but I cannot praise and thank enough the lady and man on the night shift last year who saved me from a desperate situation.
Here is the story..
I parked up late at night at Touts to get some groceries, on returning to my car I noticed a huge puddle around my car and a strong smell of petrol.
My fuel tank had cracked and leaked petrol out all over the forecourt.
When I notified the staff they quickly cleaned around the car, let me wheel it into the staff parking until I could get recovery the next day and the lady (I wish I could remember her name) gave me a lift home rather than seeing me stranded all night.
This is kindness that goes beyond and is very rare these days.
I am sorry I have took so long to write this review and you deserve 5 stars for this alone never mind ticking every box as a great garage and shop.
Would highly recommend to anyone.

Tout's Nailsea, like the other branches in North Somerset, has great produce including many locally sourced items. The store is bright and welcoming. The staff are friendly and helpful. Fuel is competitively priced, especially when using the loyalty card, which provides a discount.

I would just like to thank the man in the hi-viz vest who is the designated helper on the forecourt at Touts Nailsea (I'm sorry that I didn't get his name).Today I needed to inflate my tyres,a job which I dread doing on my own in case I release more than I put in and he offered to do it for me. Saviour ! He was friendly and polite and I was very grateful for his assistance and appreciated his help enormously. I hope he is a permanent fixture as it's not often you come across willing polite people who help and smile. Thanks again.
