Just want to say a big thank you to Justin, who went above and beyond to help us when our MOT was cancelled due to staff sickness. He found out another branch (Clevedon) had a cancellation and called me back straight away to let me know, and quite literally saved our holiday! Thanks Justin! ?

The life-saving team at Kwik Fit Nailsea agreed to replace my flat tyre when I arrived at 6:01pm and they had already put the shutters down so I was able to get back to Worcester. Top-level customer service!!

Careful you don?t take your car here for an MOT and mysteriously find that the entire brake and exhaust system needs to be replaced by this company that also happens to ?specialise? in brakes and exhausts.
Apparently I wasn?t allowed to take my car away to be looked at elsewhere and ended up footing a bill of over £1000.
This happened to me a few years ago and I have never been back since.
