Yvonne, Erin, Sarah and all the team at Hunter Leahy were fantastic every step of the way through the sale and purchase of Dads house and flat. Very professional and responsive to all our queries. We had problems with one solicitor in particular but thanks to Yvonne's tenacity they didn't stand a chance! Thanks team you were brilliant.

Our solicitors and the sellers solicitors were useless, luckily Hunter Leahy(especially Yvonne) were amazing at chasing all the solicitors and getting the purchase through eventually. Very grateful to them as I think we would have given up if it wasn't for them!

Sarah, Erin, Yvonne and all at Hunter Leahy Nailsea provided an excellent service throughout our sale and purchase. Communication was straightforward, clear and prompt. We found them proactive and never felt we needed to chase things up. My experience with another agent (in Bristol) was the polar opposite! Highly recommend Hunter Leahy Nailsea

I very rarely write negative reviews but the terrible service we received from Hunter Leahy needs to be recorded. We had a chain involved when buying and selling a home for my dad which fell apart 2 weeks before completion. We agreed to stay in the chain until it could be resolved. We requested an update on what was happening several weeks later and imagine our surprise and anger, when we were told this agency had sold the apartment a week ago without telling us. We then cancelled our contract with Hunter Leahy to sell but my father?s home still remains on their website as available to buy. There is definitely something wrong with this agency.

Hunter Leahy were really helpful during a very difficult sale. I was buying a house where the owners were waiting on a new building. The building company has been fairly unethical, but Yvonne from Hunters has really tried to mitigate this and was excellent at keeping chains of communication open. Jacob went above and beyond in the last week. Four star rather than 5 because it was all such a difficult experience, and I am having immediate problems with the house on moving in . But TBH I don't really think this is Hunter Leahy's fault - more the building company.

I am fed up of HL contacting me regarding letting out my deceased mothers annex. She died 6 years ago! I have notified them countless times. Last time they contacted me was about 2 years ago and they again apologised profusely and promised to remove my details and never to contact me again. I am now away on holiday and have left a message on my answerphone not to leave messages. They have left 3 messages that I have not answered as it costs a fortune for me to do so from here. This pretty much constitutes harassment. Which now this is public I hope the will now stop.

Everybody I spoke to from this estate agents were so helpful. Fiona and Yvonne were both great coming back to me right away with any questions I had. We had a tight timescale and I felt confident that they were pushing as much as we needed to get us in to our new home in time.Really great service - I couldn?t fault them.
