My dad promised to buy my mum an ornament for her birthday, but unfortunately he passed away 8 days before it. I asked the jewellers if they had anymore but unfortunately they were all gone but they could order me one, this was on the 9th March. To date I had not received any calls to say that the ornament was available. After phoning yesterday I was told that they were only allowed to order goods every few weeks. Really......what a load of cobblers, I haver never heard of this befor, not at all helpful. Most retailers order when someone asks for something. However I have today ordered one direct from the manufacture at £52 including postage. I am not impressed with there customer service. Needless to say I won't be using them again. Bearing in mind the circumstances I would have thought they would go out of their way to help. Shame on you. I would appreciate your comments

Absolutely terrible customer service from Elaine. Visited the shop twice for a gift & we were not acknowledged on both occasions. Asked Elaine if we could see items from the enclosed window display & it was clearly a lot of effort for her! Very rude, unfriendly & over priced. Nailsea has very few shops anyway but we will certainly not be visiting again & would not recommend.

They lost my engagement ring when I sent it off to be replated!To the reply- misplaced is a nicer word of saying you lost it! Yes you eventually gave me a ring I was happy but had 3 months of hassle and upset and awful customer service! My partner proposed to me with the ring you lost and it was a very sentimental piece of jewellery for me which I will never get back which still upsets me now!

Went to get a chain link re-attached.They said it had to be sent away and soldered at £27? Last couple of times they did it in 5 mins, with the right tools and no solder.I got my son to do it, with the wrong tools, took 10 mins.Think it fell in the can't be bothered box. I won't bother them again, suggest you don't either. Very poor.
