Great place.

Your car park is an absolute disgrace.
My partner parked there in May with her 6 month old baby.
She was 25 minutes late back because baby boy had a toilet urgency.
Not only did we not even recieve a penalty within 14 days, Yes we have updated our records with the DVLA, but the debt collecting company you guys use fined us for 170 pounds in the last few days - now september with 0 ability to challenge it.
- 14 day notice?
- equality act 2010 - mothers with young children?
- grace period?
I warn other drivers and car owners to not even bother using this car park or if they do be warned that they will charge you with any excuse.
Its appalling to see that they prey on vulnerable people.
Pathetic.

Have to pay for parking. And shops will lose out.

Our first visit to Nailsea and this shopping centre. We were surprised by the shops there, eg. WH Smiths, Waitrose to name a couple. Better than we expected.

Not worth paying to park for.

A nice selection of shops for the lower price range, a good waitrose, plenty of coffee shops and charity shops as per most high streets these days. A casual outdoor place, great for kids with its play area in the centre. A local library shop, plenty of parking although no longer free.

Nice shopping precinct within Nailsea. Not too busy with fair range of shops.
Parking now charged so reduced the score. Shame on NSC. I feel for the company's based there as it is much quieter since the charging of parking began.

Run down, needs some investment.

Like most towns now, this one is also full of coffee shops, hair dressers, barbers & charity shops. There are some of the usual highstreet shops & a few local shops, but what it could do with is maybe a Home Bargins to take on a couple of the adjoining larger shops, as this is what many of our friends & neighbours have discussed.
